I’m going cuckoo for crunch fitness! Once you enter, the staff gives you a warm welcome, to say hello, how can I help you, or good to see you. They have an open and airy concept, a kids crunch area where you can leave your children for up to two hours and enjoy some downtime and get your fitness on. They have a variety of snacks and drinks and a rest and recovery area. There’s so much to choose from and to do a crunch fitness starting with the plethora of treadmill’s, step machines, ellipticals, bicycles, circuit training, free weights, couple of boxing bags, and an enclosed section for dance and other activities. There’s plenty of room to do whatever you like and download the stresses of your day. Highly recommend finding a crunch spot in your area and get all that you can out of their wonderful programs that they offer. Definitely a must go to place. Great equipment, highly recommended variety of classes, and awesome atmosphere. I can believe is not fully packed at peak hours, although the place is huge, I don’t think people are completely aware of this gem. I don’t swim but I like to try workout classes so It perfectly fits my needs. I got a good full membership with contract and honesty I feel I should pay more lol. Good job crunch fitness!

5 Star since the reason for not allowing crocs and sandals is due to weights being able to fall on your foot, idk about you but wearing regular shoes compared to silicone crocs or sandals is a lot better in terms of damage received, especially if the injury can last 2-4 weeks? Listen to the rules and don't wear open toed shoes (crocs/sandals) or risk injury? It's that's simple been going to this gym for over 2 years now and only issue I've had is a lady kicking me out for the day due to me deadlifting, but that noise was resolved so I think this establishment is worth, yeah equipment is sometimes full, but that's what you get for going at more popular times there's 5am, 7am or 9pm you'll find the gym empty...if you cannot work with these times, then you're hindering your gains.as their is a dedication factor involved for the work you put in..and this involves everything you do...thank you crunch
Love the availability of the amount of machines. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Facility is super clean and equipment is always being cleaned as well.
I got a membership in pharr location and went to check out the amenities was told I couldn't use at all even if I upgraded because my home gym is pharr i told them I'll transfer they said I couldn't because I live closer to pharr. I asked if I could try it out once I was denied.

Staff here has horrible customer service, take forever to charge and are always distracted on their phones or too busy chatting with coworkers. I wanted to buy a protein bar but the girl at the counter was distracted doing something else and didn't seem to notice me for a bit, it seemed as if she was training new hires but they were just messing around and laughing while I was waiting to purchase my protein bar. I've been coming here for a year now and the customer service has always been bad, staff are very unprofessional and I've heard them being rude to customers when asked about their memberships. AC is not always on when it's hot inside almost every time I go, and the same exact songs play on repeat every hour on the speakers.
Well came In with my daughter under the age of 18 and was told NOT Admitted. Wow Was told she needed to get a membership for her $81.00 fee for the $9.00 monthly plan. Dam the wanna pay off the building with in a yr.... lol no cool...
2023 Update I move a lot for work and never had an issue with joining n cancelling however they changed how cancelling works now. it's very annoying. Just to cancel I got charged next month plus annual fees because I was moving and will not be able to use their services. In the past I've never had an issue. There are still great people, new machines, nice workout groups Just be warm about cancelling it will get hairy.
